Do You Have CSA Certification?

Thank you for asking this before ordering — it's exactly the right question, and I want to give you a completely honest answer, so there are no surprises later.

Our lights do not come with CSA certification built in. I'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise.

But here is what we can do. If you need CSA certification — as many customers in Canada, and parts of the US, do for installation — we can arrange for the certification body to carry out the process at the factory, on your chandelier. We coordinate it for you, and see it through until it's certified and ready.

There is one thing I want to be clear about, up front: the certification fee is paid by you, the customer. It's a separate cost from the chandelier itself. We'll tell you exactly what it involves before you order anything — so you know precisely what you're paying for, and you're never caught off guard at the wrong moment.

I say all of this clearly for a reason. Certification is a safety matter, and a legal one. It's not something to be vague about, or to let a customer guess at. You're trusting us with a significant purchase, for a real home, in a place with real rules. The least we can do is tell you the full truth, before you decide.
