Can you make it exactly like this?

I have a picture of a chandelier I love, and I need it custom-made to my specifications. Diameter: 1878 mm. Height: 2413 mm. 3 tiers. The metal trim in brushed antique bronze. And since it's larger than the original, the glass rods need a larger diameter, to keep the proportions right. Can you make it exactly to these specs?

You sent us a picture, and said you wanted a chandelier like it, but made larger, to your size.

We went through all the measurements together. Diameter 1878 mm, height 2413 mm, three tiers, with the metal trim in brushed antique bronze, the way you wanted it. We drew it first and sent you the drawing. Where something wasn't right, we changed it, and drew it again, until the drawing matched what you were after.

Then you asked one question. Since the chandelier was being made bigger — would the glass rods get thicker too? They would. When a piece is scaled up, if the rods stay as thin as before, the proportions are wrong. So we used glass rods of a larger diameter, to match the whole piece. Before it shipped, we sent you photos and a video to confirm.

You confirmed it. Then you placed your order.

That's what custom work is. It isn't us selling you a chandelier off a shelf. It's you telling us what you want, and us making it, exactly to that.
