How Do We Hang Something This Heavy

Before you asked about the price, or the discount, or anything else — you asked how you would hang them. A chandelier of nearly 100 kg is a serious thing to put on a ceiling, and you wanted to be sure, before you committed, that it could be done safely. That's exactly the right question to ask.

So here is the honest answer.

A chandelier that heavy does not arrive in one piece. It would be impossible to ship, and unsafe to hang, that way. It arrives disassembled, in parts, and is put together on site. We include detailed assembly drawings with it, so that whoever installs it can see exactly how each part fits together.

What we ask of you is this: have it installed by a qualified local electrician. A piece of this weight needs a proper ceiling fixing and a professional hand — and a good electrician, with our drawings in front of them, will know exactly what to do. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend it's simpler than it is.

And then you did something I respect. You didn't place the big order right away. You started with a small one — a few wall lights — to see for yourself.

When they arrived, you wrote back: you were very satisfied. Only then did you go further, and order the larger pieces you'd had your eye on.

That's the way trust should be built. Not on a promise, but on something real arriving at your door, exactly as it should. You tested us with a small order. We didn't let you down. And so the larger one followed.
