Seeing It Through: A Custom Lighting Project in Royal Palm Beach

Late last year, a client in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, came to LYFAIRS while preparing a new location for his beauty salon.

The project included 10 crystal wall sconces and 2 chandeliers, with both chandeliers requiring custom dimensions to work with the proportions and ceiling conditions of the space.

Customized for the Space

Resizing an intricate chandelier isn't simply a matter of making it smaller. Its decorative elements, spacing, and overall proportions need to remain balanced at the new scale.

Working with the client, our team refined the chandeliers through several rounds of adjustments until the design was adapted to the needs of the project.

The complete order of two custom chandeliers and ten coordinating wall sconces was then produced and shipped to Florida.

When the Unexpected Happened

Unfortunately, one of the large chandeliers was severely damaged during international transportation.

After assessing the situation, we initially explored replacing the damaged components. The client preferred a complete replacement, and we wanted him to feel confident about the finished project.

So we made him a new chandelier.

The replacement was produced and shipped to Florida, arriving safely and ready for installation.

For us, customer service isn't only about helping a project go smoothly. It's also about how we respond when something unexpected happens.

Finally, the Finished Space

Recently, the client's new location opened, and he shared photographs and videos of the completed interior with the LYFAIRS chandeliers and crystal wall sconces installed throughout the space.

After months of customization and coordination, seeing everything finally come together was especially rewarding.
